HILLTOP ENCOUNTERS is the annual international conference of Watchman Catholic Charismatic Campus Fellowship. This conference will hold physically and virtually (hybrid) in every State in Nigeria and other countries of the world. The program is an instrument of redemption, reformation, restoration, refreshing, revival, and refocusing to multitudes of youths.

This charge is from the Spirit of the Highest God through the mouth of his servant, the Man of God of Watchman Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement in one of his revelation messages during the lockdown resulting from the first wave of Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Aside from the Rhema of the charge, its logos are in Mark 4: 29.
The sickle is an instrument used in the harvest of grains and fruits. Put in the Sickle is a command to begin to harvest because the crops are already ripe and ready to be taken by the farmer.

In our context, crops are human (souls of humans). The farmer is the creator of God. The charged are his commissioned labours who are true, all his children.
The sickle refers to natural endowment, spiritual gifts, and activities, skills, opportunities and advantages at the disposal of a child of God of which he can utilise or take advantage of to communicate the gospel of the saving grace of God to an unsaved soul. Put in the sickle is, therefore, a charge by God to the true Church, like Apostle Paul, utilise all available means to win souls to God. (1cCor.9:22).
