BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR THE DIOCESAN MEDIA

The following items are recommended for effective running of Hilltop Encounters in the Dioceses

1. 4G router – (with the strongest network available in the location)
2. Laptop (with at least 4gig RAM, 250gig ROM & 2.40GHz processor speed)
3. Viewing Screen (plasma TV, Smart Screen LED, Projector with screen etc) note: box TV in highly unacceptable
4. High Resolution Video VGA Converters (VGA to AV, VGA to HDMI, HDMI to AV depending on system and screen ports)
5. Cables (VGA, AV, HDMI with proportional length to the distance between the system and the screen)
6. Video Capture Device
7. Conventional Public Addressing system with its associated cables
8. Video Splitter (Optional)
9. Video Mixer (Optional)
10. Camera (Optional)

Each Diocese should have a beautiful designed background with Hilltop Banner and arrangement of participants should be done to meet ecstatic standard for video relay to the world

Live Transmission and Programme Model

Aside the basic items listed for clusters, Anchor points i.e. places where live ministration are to be relayed from should have at least 2 HD Video camera for video capturing, as well as standard public addressing system for high fidelity sound.

The conference is starting from Thursday 4pm to Sunday 1pm.

The conference starts from Thursday 4pm to Sunday 1pm, and since Thursday is usual arrival we recommend that location should seriously emphasis on early participation and get the participates seated before the time

 

We will have a separate time schedule for the locations not camping and those that will download and play because the contents will be available for download only when live streaming stops.

 

Live Streaming will be in three sessions – Morning session (8am – 1pm), Afternoon session (3pm – 6pm) and Night Session 8pm – 10pm
